Breaded Chicken Skewers

Learn how to make the most delicious Chicken skewers with the simplest ingredients! These turn out so tender, moist and flavorful. So loved by the kiddos and adults too!

Ingredients

  • 4 Lb chicken thighs 
  • 4 tbsp mayo 
  • 3 teaspoon seasoning salt 
  • 1 whole garlic head minced
  • 40-50 small wooden skewers
  • 4 eggs lightly salted
  • 3 cups bread crumbs (I mix regular and Italian)
  • Oil to sauté

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into 3/4″ wide pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayo, garlic and seasoning. Mix well. Cover and marinate overnight.
  3. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.
  4. Pour bread crumbs on a large plate or platter.
  5. Crack the eggs into separate dish and lightly salt. Whisk until smooth.
  6. Roll the chicken skewers in the egg mix then roll in the bread crumbs until evenly coated.
  7. On low-med heat add oil to a pan to cover the bottom. Sautee the chicken skewers for about 2 minutes per side, flipping until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb access oils. Enjoy right away!
