4 Ingredient Cabbage Pancake fritters

If you’re looking for a new quick and easy cabbage recipe or want to try a new delicious pancake recipe, then you have to try these tasty cabbage pancake fritters!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pressed down thinly shredded cabbage 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt or other favorite seasonings
  • Oil for frying
  • optional: add ketchup, vinegar or sauerkraut to the batter for a sour kick! Top with sour cream, sauerkraut or bacon.

Instructions

  1. Thinly shred cabbage. Add to bowl.
  2. Add eggs, flour and salt. Mix well.
  3. Heat up a skillet with oil on low heat.
  4. Add about a tablespoon of cabbage mix to the pan (flatten the top) leaving some space between each pancake.
  5. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown!
  6. Top with sour cream, bacon and or sauerkraut!
